Common questions

What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan — your history and settings are preserved. You can resubscribe at any time.
Does Pro include future updates?
Yes. Every Pro subscription includes all future feature updates — new AI models, new platforms, new answer styles, and anything else we ship — for as long as you're subscribed.
What counts as a "session"?
A session is one continuous interview block — from when you press Start to when you press Stop. The free plan allows 1 interview per calendar month, resetting on the 1st. Each session can have up to 10 Q&A pairs on the free plan.
How is payment processed?
Payments are processed by Stripe, the same infrastructure used by companies like Shopify and Amazon. We never store your card details. All transactions are encrypted.
